Querer traducir un refrán de manera literal no es una buena idea. Para no quedar mal parado en un encuentro o entrevista, acá te acerco una lista de algunos refranes y citas con su equivalente en inglés.
Como anillo al dedo = It fits like a glove
Dios los cría y ellos se juntan = Birds of a feather flock together
A caballo regalado no se le miran los dientes = Never look a gift horse in the mouth
