Meet Miami World Center.

#RealState

“One of America’s most exciting cities is giving rise to a vibrant new center. One of America’s most exciting cities is giving rise to a vibrant new center.” says it page, www.miamiworldcenter.com. As the world knows, most of the cities in The U.S have a building, a park or anything that can be called as a “city center”, so it is easier for everybody to make a reference about every city.

New York has Central Parl, Empire State Building and World Trade Center Memorial. Washington has The Washington Monumet and The White House. Now, what does Miami have? Besides American Airlines Arena, there isn’t a city recognized city center.

But now, we are going to have Miami World Center. Designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, the complex includes a curved, three-level convention center with 350,000 square feet of exhibition space, including a ballroom, junior ballroom, and a ground-floor hall the developer says is large and tall enough to fit a Boeing 747 inside.

On top, there’s a pool and event deck. And on the back end, a 1,250-car garage. A hotel built atop the convention hall juts into the sky in four tiered, glass-facade columns like fingers on a hand, the tallest of which stands at 54 stories.

“World, meet Miami.”
